An easy-open bottle cap with a composite structure of food-grade aluminum alloy cap body + food-grade PP/HDPE plastic side pull tab + built-in sealing liner. The cap body is integrally stamped with aluminum alloy to achieve high-barrier freshness preservation, and the side pull tab is made of food-grade plastic embedded and formed with a precision pre-scored tear line on the aluminum cap surface. No bottle opener is required; pulling the plastic handle sideways can completely tear off the sealing surface. It combines the core advantages of aluminum caps (oxygen barrier and strong anti-counterfeiting performance), and solves the pain points of full-aluminum pull tabs (sharp edges easy to cut hands, brittle fracture at low temperatures). It is an upgraded sealing solution for high-end craft beer, sparkling fruit wine and functional sparkling water, and is perfectly compatible with automatic high-speed filling production lines.

Aluminum Alloy Cap Body Main Body
Food-grade aluminum alloy is integrally stamped to form a crown-shaped sealing structure, which is the strength support and barrier core of the bottle cap. The aluminum layer completely blocks oxygen, ultraviolet rays and moisture, greatly delaying the oxidation and deterioration of beer and fruit juice, and extending the product shelf life; the flat cap surface supports color printing, hot stamping and other appearance processes.
Food-Grade Plastic Side Pull Tab
Ergonomic arc handle, made of food-grade PP/HDPE injection molded and embedded at the front of the aluminum cap, with rounded and burr-free edges and comfortable grip, completely avoiding the risk of hand cutting by full-aluminum pull tabs. The plastic has excellent toughness and uniform pulling force, and will not become hard or brittle at low temperatures, suitable for outdoor winter scenarios.
Precision Pre-Scored Tear Line
A continuous annular tear line with precise depth is prefabricated on the sealing surface of the aluminum cap, which is the core process to ensure smooth tearing and no debris. When pulling the pull tab, the aluminum cap is completely peeled off along the score line with a regular tearing path, no fine aluminum debris falls off and will not contaminate the beverage in the bottle.
Food-Grade Inner Protective Coating
Food-grade epoxy phenolic coating is evenly applied on the inner side of the aluminum cap, completely isolating the direct contact between aluminum metal and liquor, eliminating the precipitation of aluminum ions and heavy metals, and fully complying with domestic and foreign food contact safety standards.
High-Elastic Sealing Liner
Embedded inside the aluminum cap, it adopts a double sealing structure of top seal + side seal to press the end face and side wall of the bottle mouth tightly, realizing the functions of gas locking, leakage prevention and pressure maintaining; different functional liners can be selected according to requirements.
Irreversible Tamper-Evident Structure
After the pull tab is torn off, the aluminum sealing surface is completely peeled off and cannot be restored. Consumers can visually judge whether the product has been opened, effectively preventing secondary filling and counterfeit parallel goods, with much better anti-counterfeiting effect than ordinary screw caps.

What is the difference between plastic pull tab and full-aluminum pull tab? Which is better?
