According to different functions, plastic bottle caps can be further divided into five categories:
1、 Flip top cap
The flip cover includes a foldable upper cover sheet, which is connected to the cover body through a hinge structure. When the upper cover is buckled onto the lid, the container is in a sealed state. When the upper cover is opened, the liquid outlet on the lid body opens, and the container is in an open state. Most flip covers now include an elastic drive structure that provides a certain amount of force to keep the upper cover in place when opened.
2、 Disco top cap
The Qianqiu cover includes a cover with a rotating shaft, and the two ends of the cover will swing up and down at a certain angle with the rotating shaft as the center. One end of the cover sheet is designed with a liquid outlet. Under normal conditions, the liquid outlet of the cover sheet is hidden inside the cover body, and the container is in a sealed state. When the other end of the cover sheet is pressed down, the liquid outlet of the cover sheet floats out of the cover body, and the liquid outlet is connected to the container, making the container in an open state.
3、 Tamper badge cap
Anti theft covers are usually designed with special vulnerable structures that can be damaged when opened. Convenient for consumers to identify whether the packaging has been opened. Common structures include anti-theft rings, tear ring structures, and paddle structures.
4、 Child resistant cap
A child protective cover is a special design that requires specific steps to open the cover. Widely used in the packaging of chemical and pharmaceutical products to prevent danger caused by children’s ingestion.
5、 Dosing cap
The measuring cap usually comes with a measuring cup, which can be either external or internal, making it easy to calculate the amount of liquid used through the measuring cup. Commonly seen in packaging such as laundry detergent.
