Working principle and opening process
Its working principle is based on the lever principle and pre engraved stress concentration points.
1. Initial state: The bottle cap is rolled by the ROPP sealing machine and tightly wrapped around the thread of the bottle mouth, with the internal gasket tightly pressing the bottle mouth to achieve sealing. Pull the ring flat on the top of the cover.
2. Apply force: The user pulls up the pull tab with their fingers.
3. Leverage effect: The pull ring rotates around its bridge point, and the sharp part at its base serves as a fulcrum, applying an upward force to the pre engraved lines on the top of the cover.
4. Tearing the engraved line: This force is concentrated on the pre engraved line with reduced thickness, causing the line to quickly break.
5. Forming an opening: After the engraved line breaks, a part of the top of the lid (usually an approximately triangular or circular sheet-like area) will separate from the main body and be rolled inward into the bottle or lifted upward, thus forming an opening for liquid to flow out.
6. Anti counterfeiting verification: During the process of unscrewing the bottle cap, the anti-counterfeiting skirt at the bottom will separate from the main body of the cap and remain at the bottle mouth, proving that the product is being opened for the first time.
