Pressure resistance performance: The sealing pressure of the finished bottle cap is ≥ 0.8MPa, which meets the carbon dioxide pressure for filling carbonated beverages and beer. After filling, it can be stored at room temperature without bulging or leakage; Heat resistance: -20 ℃ low temperature cold chain~121 ℃ high temperature pasteurization, the rubber pad does not swell, fall off, or leak; Sealing: The finished product undergoes immersion and pressure testing, and there is no air or water leakage in the entire batch; Printing adhesion: No paint peeling during hundred grid testing, no discoloration during storage and transportation friction, and no smudging in long-term humid environments; Anti deformation: It is not easy to crack or deform during high-speed filling and capping, and is suitable for domestic/imported fully automatic filling machines without jamming or material blockage.

By opening method

① Pry open the lid (regular): 21 tooth standard, requires a bottle opener to pry open, with the lowest cost;

② Unscrew the lid (twist off the lid): Pre press the fracture line on the side and unscrew it by hand, customized for high-end craft beer.

According to printing style

① Blank Bare Cover: No printing, all solid monochrome (white/gold/silver/black), trial for homemade and distillery samples, available in stock;

② Customized color printing cover: brand logo, product pattern, advertising slogan, anti-counterfeiting code customization.

Product three-layer structure and raw materials (food contact grade)

The beer lid consists of three parts: an outer printed iron sheet, a middle protective coating, and an inner sealing gasket, all of which meet food contact safety standards.

Cover metal substrate (3 optional raw materials)

• ETP tinplate (mainstream preferred):Tin plating amount ≥ 5.6g/㎡, excellent rust prevention performance, smooth surface, uniform printing and coloring, suitable for mid to high end brand beer and exported alcoholic beverages.

  TFS chrome plated iron (economical type): no tin coating, lower production cost, acid and alkali resistance, high cost-effectiveness for dark pattern printing, commonly used in affordable beer and soda for the public.

• Food grade aluminum alloy (high-end customization): light and thin texture, good toughness, lightweight and easy to open bottle, mostly used for craft beer and imported drinks, priced higher than tinplate.

Inner layer sealing gasket (3 types of gasket classification, core sealing component)

The rubber pad is the key to preventing bottle cap leakage and preventing alcohol leakage. It comes into direct contact with the alcohol body and is divided into three categories:

• PVC plastic sol gasket (universal economical type): stable sealing, low cost, suitable for normal temperature beer and soda, standard for domestic popular alcoholic beverages; Water pressure resistance ≥ 0.8MPa.

• Non PVC environmentally friendly rubber gasket (export specific): compliant with EU LFGB and US FDA, free of ortho benzene, exclusively for exporting alcoholic beverages from Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea, environmentally friendly and free of precipitation.

• Oxygen absorption and deoxygenation pad (for preservation purposes): The rubber pad contains oxygen absorption components, which adsorb residual oxygen in the bottle, delay beer oxidation and deterioration, and extend the shelf life of beer by 3-6 months. It is preferred for craft beer and mature beer.

Surface coating

Outer layer of cover: printed ink+glossy varnish, wear-resistant and scratch resistant;

Inner layer of cover: food grade protective coating, isolating direct contact between metal and alcohol, and preventing metal ion precipitation from contaminating the beverage.

What are the precautions for use?

• The storage environment for bottle caps should avoid moisture and water accumulation. Long term storage in a humid environment can easily cause rusting of the iron sheet;

• When capping, choose a matching specification capping head with moderate capping force. Excessive pressure can easily cause the bottle cap to crack, and insufficient sealing can lead to air leakage;

• Oxygen absorbing gasket bottle caps should be stored in the dark before opening to avoid consuming oxygen absorbing components in advance and affecting the preservation effect.
