Testing steps for the sealing performance of bottle caps

2. Prepare the sample to be tested, and then install the prepared sample to be tested on the test accessory.

5. Observe the test results. Check whether there are air bubbles in the water or whether there is water in the bottle during the pressurized time to judge the air leakage of the bottle cap.
The sealing performance of the bottle cap is not only an important indicator for evaluating whether the bottle cap is qualified, but also can not only scientifically evaluate the sealing performance of the container, but also reasonably control the opening of the bottle cap under the premise of ensuring the safety of the packaging.
