·BB/T 0034-2017 "Aluminum Anti theft Bottle Cap": The current packaging industry standard, replacing BB/T 0034-2006, specifies the terminology, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. for aluminum anti-theft bottle caps used in packaging of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, health products, seasonings, etc. The bottle caps used in packaging of other products such as drugs and cosmetics can be referred to and implemented accordingly.
·GB/T 14803-1993 "Twisted aluminum anti-theft bottle caps for packaging containers": The original national standard (now abolished and converted into a industry standard) specifies the design, production, and inspection requirements for twisted aluminum anti-theft bottle caps, which are applicable to twisted aluminum anti-theft bottle caps used in packaging containers such as wine and soft drinks.
2. Food safety standards
·GB 4806.9-2023 "National Food Safety Standard for Metallic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food": officially implemented on September 6, 2024, with the addition of migration limits for eight elements including aluminum and cobalt, and clear regulations on the content of impurity elements in aluminum and aluminum alloy materials.
·GB 4806.10-2016 "National Food Safety Standard - Coatings and Coatings for Food Contact": specifies the hygiene and safety requirements for coatings used in food contact, and is applicable to the safety evaluation of coatings on the inner wall of aluminum caps.
3. Main testing items
The comprehensive testing of aluminum covers includes appearance quality, sealing performance, torque, opening torque, anti-theft performance, hygiene indicators, coating hardness, high and low temperature resistance, alcohol resistance, anti backflow performance, etc. Specifically, the detection of anti-theft rings includes key indicators such as material strength, sealing performance, opening force, tear strength, airtightness, leakage rate, and durability.
