What is PVC heat shrink bottle cap?
PVC heat shrink bottle cap, also known as polyvinyl chloride heat shrink bottle cap, is a packaging sealing component made using the heat shrink properties of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material.
Working principle: It is usually pre made into a "sleeve" shaped lid with a size slightly larger than the diameter of the bottle mouth. When in use, place it over the bottle mouth and heat it up through a hot air channel (heat shrink furnace or hot air gun). After being heated, PVC material will quickly shrink and tightly wrap around the bottle mouth and top of the bottle body, forming a strong seal and anti-counterfeiting barrier.
Appearance: Usually transparent, but can also be printed in various colors, logos, and patterns according to brand requirements, with both decorative and anti-counterfeiting functions.
