Structure and Working Principle
Material: Pure aluminum or aluminum alloy, with ductility.

Aluminum shell: formed by rolling process and fitted with the thread of the bottle mouth.
Tamper Evident Band: Connected to the bottleneck by crimping, it breaks when the bottle is opened for the first time, providing anti-counterfeiting evidence.
Liner: usually PE foam, PVC or induction sealing film to ensure air tightness.
Sealing method:
The aluminum cap is pressed onto the thread of the glass/plastic bottle mouth by a rolling machine, and the inner lining is compressed to form a seal.
Some models are combined with Induction Seal, where the inner lining fuses with the bottle mouth after electromagnetic induction heating to enhance sealing.
